About NOVO

The NOVO network is a Nordic non-governmental professional association whose aim is to foster the scientific progress, knowledge and development of the working environment within healthcare as an integrated part of production system development. NOVO was founded in 2006 in Copenhagen and has since 2007 been financially supported by the Nordic Council of Ministers. The NOVO network and our annual Symposia aim to offer a scientific venue for discussions along this line.

NOVO vision

The vision of the NOVO-network is a “Nordic Model for Sustainable Systems in the Healthcare Sector”. The core idea of NOVO is that we want to link together development and research of the three aspects of the NOVO-triangle: work environment, efficiency and quality of care.
